Stirfry Salad

Here are ingredients

Leek sweet onion green onions salad onions leek(s) 2 cloves garlic carrots

sweet pepper jalapino poblano tomatillo tomato

red lettuce lettuce broccoli marinated artichoke hearts red cabbage Nappa Cabbage Spinach squash mushrooms of various types

sunflower seeds asiago, swiss, mozzerella, blue cheeses good quality olive oil red wine vinegar small pinch of table pepper salad dressing (ceasar?) salmon or chicken or sirloin steak (2 oz per serving for flavoring)

Here are cooking directions

Make a bed of lettuce, carrots, red cabbage and broccoli, cheeses (for flavoring), sunflower seeds, and salad dressing.

Stir-fry onions, garlic, mushrooms, meat, peppers sliced tomatillo, lemon, olive oil and marinated artichoke hearts and a pinch of pepper. After the vegatables are done, then remove heat and sprinkle a half teaspoon of mixed swiss cheese and blue cheese.

Put stir-fry over lettuce bed and eat with a slice of whole grain bread with a little butter and garlic power sprinkled over it and toasted crispy light.
