Report about Paseo Del Bosque trail in Albuquerque

Albuquerque, NM trail: The Paseo Del Bosque trail along the Rio Grande river

This trail is located along the Rio Grande river starting at Alameda road in the north, and goes 16 miles south from there.

The trail is flat, and goes in a green space along the river with trees, crossing under streets, so you don't have to cross traffic.

The surface is in very good shape when we rode on it in most recently October, 2015. The police patrol it from time to time, so there's no crime.

The parking is plentiful, and there's a bathroom at the Alameda trailhead.

This is an excellent trail, one of the best out there, I highly recommend it!

Due to the climate in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the summers are hot, especially in the sun, the spring and fall is beautiful, and the winters are cool to cold, but there are days that are suitable for riding your bike in that season some.
